Staff Software Engineer, Product Experiences (AI)

Location: Must be located in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. and work in the office four days per week.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually, plus benefits, equity if applicable, and bonus if applicable.

What you will do

• Own major user-facing product features from concept through production delivery.
• Build search and semantic discovery experiences across billions of records.
• Design dossier views that assemble complete entity profiles on demand.
• Create real-time collaborative experiences for maps, networks, dashboards, tables, workspaces, documents, automations, and mobile products.
• Partner with design, product management, deployment teams, and users to refine solutions.
• Deliver AI-powered capabilities with source transparency, low latency, intuitive interactions, and strong resilience.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree, related degree, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Professional or open-source experience shipping and iterating on production-grade user-facing software.
• Strong frontend fundamentals with React and TypeScript, plus the ability to work full-stack.
• Experience writing robust, well-tested software and architecting scalable distributed systems.
• Must be located in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. and open to working in the office four days per week.
