Communications & Marketing Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $165,000–$200,000 per year plus equity. USD salary ranges apply to U.S.-based positions; international salaries are set according to the local market.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Communications and Marketing.
• Partner with senior leaders to define searches, candidate profiles, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.
• Build talent maps across technology companies, consumer brands, enterprise software, media organizations, and agencies.
• Evaluate portfolios, writing samples, campaign context, individual contributions, and measurable business results.
• Guide structured work-sample and portfolio reviews and provide clear analysis of pipeline quality, compensation, candidate tradeoffs, and market conditions.
• Use AI tools for research, sourcing, outreach, workflow automation, and recruiting operations while maintaining candidate judgment and experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful depth across Communications and Marketing.
• Hiring experience across areas such as Product Marketing, Corporate or Executive Communications, Editorial, Content, Social Media, Brand, Growth, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or Events.
• Experience partnering with senior Communications or Marketing leaders on complex searches.
• Strong judgment in evaluating portfolios, writing samples, campaign work, business results, and transferable backgrounds.
• Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several distinct searches.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting and fluency with modern ATS and recruiting systems.
