Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at 311 North Walton Blvd., Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes across distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns data to resolve escalated operational issues.
• Manage external transportation and supply chain partners, including compliance audits and performance scorecards.
• Align product flow with sales, inventory, profitability, and network performance goals.
• Drive lean process improvements, end-to-end costing, contingency planning, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop associates while executing business plans and removing operational obstacles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant logistics, distribution, or transportation experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with advanced Microsoft Office functionality.
• Experience managing supply chain operations and improving network performance through data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, compliance, and performance measurement skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience in dispatch, fleet management, network analysis, or retail logistics operations.
• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Project Management Professional or Six Sigma certification.
