Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)

Location: Onsite at 200 Veterans Dr, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania 18466, United States

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement the business plan for the assigned area by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis while maintaining facility quality and safety standards.
• Ensure associates are trained on logistics policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through consultation and corrective action.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including participation in hiring and promotion decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and make operational decisions using data insights and analysis.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, 1 year of hirify.global Logistics Management experience, 2 years of hirify.global Logistics experience, or 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments.
• Ability to work onsite at the Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania facility.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supervising associates or working as a hirify.global Logistics Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
