Senior Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Siloam Springs, Arkansas, United States; onsite plant role

What you will do

• Lead production scheduling, materials management, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics operations for the plant.
• Manage production distribution center performance, including on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, labor costs, and service levels.
• Direct raw-material and finished-goods receipts, storage, production reporting, labeling, transportation, and customer load release.
• Maintain planning data, bills of material, engineering change implementation, inventory systems, and cycle-count programs.
• Partner with suppliers to improve cost, delivery, quality, and overall supply performance.
• Deploy lean and continuous improvement methods while supporting safety, quality, 5S, financial targets, and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
• CPM or CPIM certification.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong support for safety and quality programs, leadership skills, organization, interpersonal communication, and computer proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
• Direct supervision of 3–8 managers and professional personnel; travel may be required up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Furniture or consumer-products manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Specialized training in supply chain management, logistics, production scheduling, or leadership.
