Quality Assurance/Systems Manager (Import, Regional, Returns, Wm.Com)

Location: Onsite in Loveland, Colorado, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annual, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and possible regional pay zone, sales volume, and complex structure compensation.

What you will do

• Drive execution of business plans across production, quality, and safety to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results; analyze reports and implement operational improvements.
• Lead associates and frontline leaders through coaching, hiring support, and development planning.
• Oversee QA and inventory integrity programs, including cycle counts, adjustments, damages and strays, slot profiling, hazmat, and close-date controls.
• Maintain and improve systems operations in partnership with IS, vendors, and regional or divisional teams, including installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in logistics, distribution, retail, or supply chain operations with accountability for performance and safety.
• Working knowledge of QA and inventory integrity processes.
• Ability to analyze operational reports, forecast staffing and workload needs, and translate findings into process improvements.
• Experience maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and vendors on hardware and software maintenance, implementations, and issue resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus qualifying operations or logistics leadership experience, or three years of qualifying operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience.

• Financial modeling and analysis, inventory management, forecasting, budgeting, or P&L accountability.
