Senior Logistics Operations Specialist (Korean/English)

Salary: USD 65,000–80,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate freight rates while balancing profitability and service quality.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, claims, service issues, and other operational challenges.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting teams.
• Guide team members, provide performance feedback, and support process improvement projects and management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bilingual Korean and English proficiency is preferred for communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in the U.S. and Korea.
