Member Service Representative (Full-Time) (Banking)

Location: On-site at 24 Sailfish Drive, Groton, Connecticut, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

Provides credit union banking products and services, including deposit accounts, lending products, and credit and debit cards.

What you will do

• Provide guidance on products and services based on member needs.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Educate members about additional products and strengthen member relationships.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while complying with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrate research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and sound judgment skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies and change initiatives.
• Be available Monday through Saturday based on business needs.
