Member Service Representative (Full-Time) (Banking)

Location: On-site at 2370 E Serene Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance. Hours are available Monday through Saturday based on business needs.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

What you will do

• Provide guidance on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and other financial services.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and related products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Educate members about relevant products and identify opportunities to strengthen member relationships.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable procedures.

Requirements

• Experience building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Effective research, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Ability to support change initiatives and comply with federal and institutional financial-services regulations.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
