Project Manager I, II or III (Renewable Generation)

Salary: $84,900–$159,400 per year, depending on level.

What you will do

• Lead multiple large, complex renewable generation projects from initiation and approval through implementation.
• Define project scope, deliverables, success metrics, schedules, budgets, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, contracts, vendors, payments, and performance requirements.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes.
• Communicate project status and coordinate decisions with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in operations, technology, finance, project management, or process improvement: 5+ years for Level I, 8+ years for Level II, or 10+ years for Level III.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Project management experience: 3–5 years for Level I, 5–7 years for Level II, or 10 years for Level III.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional or distributed teams, with strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of project planning, business-case justification, core business processes, and industry trends.
• Vendor and contract management experience; utility experience is preferred.
