Front of House Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. On-site role requiring evenings, weekends, holidays, extended hours during peak periods, and work in varying outdoor weather conditions. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead front-of-house service and hospitality standards across the venue.
• Interact with guests, assess satisfaction, and address service gaps.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, onboard, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, assigned shifts, staffing, and task delegation.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Support ordering, inventory management, facilities needs, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older where required by state or local law.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work on-site in a physically active, high-energy venue environment.
