Authorization Representative I – BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

Location: Hybrid role based at one of the offices in Lake Mary, Florida; St. Louis, Missouri; or Harvey, Louisiana. Onsite presence is required 1–2 days per week, and candidates must live within commuting distance of an office. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Enter drug re-authorizations into insurance portals.
• Complete and submit re-authorization forms to the appropriate health plans.
• Maintain accurate logs of all submitted re-authorizations.
• Follow up with insurance companies and physician offices by phone, email, or spreadsheets.
• Track patient approval and denial statuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience processing pharmacy prior authorizations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work onsite 1–2 days per week and commute to an hirify.global office location.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.
