What you will do

• Manage ongoing tasks and projects for multiple managers.
• Conduct market and industry research, data collection, consolidation, reporting, and presentations.
• Prepare leadership presentations and reports with key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate on analysis and reports for internal management.
• Support special projects, documentation, meetings, and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, written communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, independent, and able to learn quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Work is associated with the Minneapolis, MN location.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau.
• Knowledge of finance, insurance, investments, insurance products, or operations.
