Senior Director, Claims Workforce Management

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States

Salary: $146,000–$269,600 per year

What you will do

• Define the strategy, vision, policies, and objectives for workforce management within a large-scale claims contact center.
• Build and automate recurring capacity and scenario planning models to support service, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Analyze operational trends and forecast results to develop staffing models and effective support strategies.
• Lead workforce management initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance, and reward decisions.
• Partner with business stakeholders and other departments on budgets, hiring strategies, operational targets, training, and best practices.
• Influence senior leadership on short-term and long-term workforce management plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior management experience; 5+ years of management experience is preferred.
• Experience developing workforce capacity and staffing plans within a claims operation is highly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.
