Enrollment Practice Leader (Group Benefits)

Location: Remote - United States; 20% travel required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $99,150–$162,885 per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end group benefits enrollment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for distribution partners, brokers, employers, clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Gather case details, execute enrollment event deliverables, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder inquiries.
• Oversee high-impact and high-volume cases while meeting measurable performance goals.
• Recommend process improvements and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions to streamline enrollment operations.
• Mentor team members and provide strategic feedback to leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in group benefits enrollment or a related field.
• Proven success managing high-volume, high-impact activities with measurable results.
• Experience with enrollment strategies such as 1x1s, Decision Support Engines, and digital media.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives, influence stakeholders across teams, and mentor colleagues.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
