Regional Director (Student Housing)

Location: Fully remote; extensive travel required

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year

hirify.global develops, owns, and manages student housing communities and partners with universities to provide housing and student support environments.

What you will do

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of assigned student housing properties.
• Direct leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental rate growth.
• Guide facilities management, preventive maintenance, curb appeal, and annual move-out/move-in turnover processes.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop property management leaders and their teams.
• Oversee rent collection, vendor contracts, purchasing, expenses, budgets, and profitability.
• Maintain relationships and ongoing communication with university representatives and corporate support departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or eight years of experience in the student or multifamily housing industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with leasing and marketing, customer service, facilities management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, residence life, and student development.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing workflows, priorities, and project execution.
• Ability to travel extensively and perform after-hours duties when critical property or customer issues arise.
• Ability to supervise hiring, training, performance management, rewards, discipline, and problem resolution.
