Managing Director, Financial Services

Location: New York, United States. Hybrid workplace with management expected to work from the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $225,000–$300,000 annually, plus uncapped personal sales and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Shape go-to-market strategy for the Financial Services business unit and expand coverage of French banking institutions' U.S. operations.
• Originate engagements, convert pursuits into lasting client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
• Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to senior client leaders in complex organizations.
• Oversee high-impact strategy and business and digital transformation engagements from concept through execution.
• Attract, develop, and retain consulting talent while cultivating future leaders.
• Represent the firm through conferences, panels, executive forums, advisory roles, and professional organizations.

Requirements

• Fluent French, spoken and written, is required.
• Established relationships with French banking institutions and the ability to leverage a personal network for business development.
• Working proficiency with AI-driven tools and platforms, including practical AI adoption in financial services.
• Subject matter expertise in Foreign Banking Organizations and ownership oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 9 years of consulting experience in Financial Services, with a record of business development, revenue generation, delivery leadership, and team coaching.
