Talent Acquisition Partner (Chemicals)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, across Latin America and the United States.
• Partner with U.S. and LATAM hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Advise business leaders on talent market trends, recruitment best practices, and candidate assessment.
• Manage candidate progress and accurate records in the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
• Support talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment metrics, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with significant LATAM exposure, especially in Mexico.
• Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools and job boards.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage compliant recruitment processes under local, regional, and global employment laws and company policies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday ATS or a similar enterprise-level applicant tracking system.
• Experience working with regional or global teams and international recruitment practices.
• Knowledge of assessment methodologies and leadership evaluation frameworks.
• Experience in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with the U.S. job market, U.S. recruitment processes, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
