Service Technician (Facilities Maintenance)

What you will do

• Complete work orders promptly and accurately, using system tools to track and close them.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment.
• Support property turns and coordinate or escort vendors, including landscaping and snow removal services.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments to maintain facility standards.
• Support curb appeal, trash collection, cleaning, and the organization of maintenance shops, storage, and back-of-house areas.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and respond to inclement weather situations when required.

Requirements

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, cleanliness, and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Availability for onsite work in Winter Garden, Florida, and after-hours on-call rotation.
