Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

Location: Onsite in Pewaukee/Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What you will do

• Perform emergency, routine, and preventive HVAC maintenance, including filter and belt changes.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment, rooftop units, and overhead doors.
• Complete general facility repairs, including painting, wallpaper repair, and bathroom fixture repairs.
• Support water testing, furniture moving, facility cleaning, trash and recycling management, and other facilities functions.
• Maintain outdoor areas through snow removal, grass cutting, landscaping, parking lot cleaning, and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively, maintain safety standards, and train employees when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance, automation, or product repair.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, use hands to manipulate objects or controls, and occasionally lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite at the Waukesha-area facility during the 1st shift.
