Night Maintenance Supervisor (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ); onsite shop and manufacturing facility work

What you will do

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Create maintenance schedules and work orders through an automated CMMS.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors, evaluate performance, and enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain asset inventories, equipment manuals, spare parts, shop organization, and department tool requirements.
• Schedule outside service, prepare periodic reports, maintain records, and communicate equipment status to management.

Requirements

• At least five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory experience and the ability to manage a large team effectively.
• Experience with CMMS, equipment maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good command of written and verbal English required.
• Knowledge of facilities management, basic safety procedures, personnel management, and equal employment practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, work independently, work overtime or outside the normal schedule, stand for up to 10 hours per day, and lift or move materials up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Certification in electrical, HVAC, or mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in the technology or industrial sector.
