PSS Regional Manager - Northwest (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote with frequent local travel around the Seattle area; based in the Bothell, Washington, USA region. Additional travel may be required up to 5% of the time.

Salary: USD 100,000–115,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage business operations for multiple scientific teams across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington and Colorado.
• Lead direct reports, group leaders, and laboratory or manufacturing facility teams.
• Manage client relationships, technical resourcing, service quality, and operational governance.
• Plan technical resources and staffing to meet client goals, deadlines, quality metrics, and productivity targets.
• Conduct employee reviews, coach staff, develop group leaders, and support succession planning.
• Identify business risks, improve operational resilience, and support senior leadership with new business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnical sciences, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading direct reports.
• Hands-on scientific laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, clinical, or GMP laboratory setting.
• Strong client service, relationship management, leadership, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Seattle area and occasionally elsewhere, with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
