West & North Field Application Manager (Flow Cytometry)

Location: Remote in France; the role supports France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Sweden and involves up to 50% travel within and beyond the region.

What you will do

• Lead a regional Flow Cytometry applications team supporting West and North European markets.
• Drive strategic initiatives and measurable performance improvements through impactful KPIs.
• Manage application support across France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Build strong relationships with partners and customers and deliver tailored application solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or an equivalent qualification, plus at least 3 years of experience in a scientific, medical, or clinical environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Flow Cytometry with strong expertise in immunology and hematology.
• Experience leading and managing regional or cross-functional applications teams.
• Ability to define, implement, and track impactful KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, strategic influence, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent English is required; a valid driving licence and an acceptable driving record are also required.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in a scientific field.
• French language skills to support communication with French clinical customers.
