MBA Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP) Associate (MedTech)

Location: Primarily Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; minimum four days per week onsite

Salary: $103,200–$154,800 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Complete a structured rotational experience across critical business functions.
• Work with cross-functional professionals to solve complex business challenges.
• Support growth strategies and business decisions in healthcare technology.
• Build enterprise perspective, strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills.
• Contribute to marketing, market and therapy development, business development, business strategy, and commercial or sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the second year of an MBA program.
• Available to begin full-time employment in July 2027 after graduation.
• At least four years of full-time work experience.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Temporary visa holders, including E, F-1 CPT or OPT, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, and TN classifications, are not eligible.
• For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Nice to have

• Four or more years of progressive professional experience with increasing responsibility.
