Programmer - 1st Shift (CNC Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Compensation: $20.40–$37.80 per hour

What you will do

• Create part patterns and related programs for automated fabrication equipment using computerized manufacturing technologies.
• Support production schedules and work with operators to resolve fabrication issues.
• Provide technical assistance, problem solving, and training to operations and engineering support teams.
• Recommend improvements to daily operations, tooling, and equipment.
• Update part information in JD Edwards or a similar business system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of experience with CNC equipment.
• Experience with nesting or programming.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with CNC software and JD Edwards, plus strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Written and oral communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across functional areas.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in design or drafting.
