Banking Centre Leader (Financial Services)

Location: On-site full-time in Manitouwadge, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees while building a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Deepen client relationships, support financial goals, and develop new and existing community connections.
• Monitor banking centre performance, implement action plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage and minimize risk while working with internal partners to maximize market opportunities.
• Work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Requirements

• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to achieve team goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first, goal-oriented, accountable, and people-focused leadership approach.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time and travel between nearby banking centres.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
