Supervisor, Fund Accounting, Private Markets

Provides asset servicing and fund administration solutions for the global investment management industry, including fund administration, custody, foreign exchange, trustee services, and securities lending.

What you will do

• Oversee general ledgers and supporting schedules for private equity funds using Investran.
• Lead quarterly and annual financial statement preparation under IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE.
• Review NAV calculations, investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest computations.
• Coordinate property-level data, valuations, performance metrics, reconciliations, audits, and tax processes.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor associates and drive process improvements and system enhancements in Investran and related tools.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in fund administration or audit.
• Strong understanding of private equity structures.
• Proficiency with Investran or other accounting software.
• Experience reviewing accountants’ work and supporting junior team members.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting designation preferred or in progress.
