Director, Corporate Cash Management

Location: Toronto, ON; full-time on-site work required at Toronto-141 Bay, 11th Floor

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with large corporate banking clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Assess client needs and recommend cash management solutions that improve working capital management.
• Grow the client portfolio and increase wallet share through revenue-focused relationship management.
• Prepare strategic plans and product proposals using CIBC cash management services.
• Negotiate pricing agreements and oversee the implementation of tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide treasury best practices and client support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of treasury relationship management experience within larger organizations.
• Experience in the financial industry, with a focus on large corporate banking.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• CTP designation completed or in progress, with a commitment to achieve it within 24 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or additional professional designation.
• Experience with financial modeling, portfolio management, advisory services, and business consultations.
