Operations Financial Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Provide financial and accounting oversight for assigned business units.
• Lead, hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Serve as the finance contact for business leads, resolve inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting and analytics.
• Analyze and report key financial performance metrics and provide information to support business decisions.
• Lead special projects involving process improvements, system enhancements, IT, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting, plus 7+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.
• Experience in an ERP-driven financial management environment.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record.

• Experience with financial consolidation.
• Construction industry experience.
