What you will do
- Provide financial and accounting oversight for assigned business units.
- Lead, hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Serve as the finance contact for business leads, resolve inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting and analytics.
- Analyze and report key financial performance metrics and provide information to support business decisions.
- Lead special projects involving process improvements, system enhancements, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting, plus 7+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.
- Experience in an ERP-driven financial management environment.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Valid driver’s license for applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record.

- Experience with financial consolidation.
- Construction industry experience.
