Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data for business decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports and develop dashboards for KPI and performance tracking.
• Identify cost-efficiency opportunities and alternatives for reducing overhead.
• Improve financial processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify top-line and bottom-line improvement opportunities.
• Build financial models to assess business opportunities, risks, and ROI.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, focused on financial analysis and business strategy.
• Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite, Hyperion, or SmartView.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills, including Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work in the Saint Louis, Missouri location.

Nice to have

• CFA qualification.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python.
