FP&A Senior Director

Location: Chicago

Salary: $185,100–$327,800 annually, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning and performance management for the Consulting line of business.
• Partner with leadership on business strategy, objectives, opportunities, pricing, cost analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and enterprise operating expense management.
• Present financial performance, strategies, and opportunities to firm-level executive leaders.
• Coordinate financial period close activities, journal entries, and reporting with the Controller.
• Motivate and develop a global team of finance professionals while driving collaboration and organizational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of related experience and 5+ years managing others.
• Experience with accounting software, Microsoft products, and advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence others and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional services experience is preferred; CPA or Finance MBA is preferred.
