Treasury Management-Sales & Payments Officer Sr (Treasury Management)

Location: New York, NY 10018; 50% travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and various functions is required.

Salary: $143,925–$227,250 annually, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Generate new treasury management business through calling efforts, joint sales opportunities, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Advise prospects and existing clients on working capital optimization, cash flows, treasury products, and payment solutions.
• Manage client portfolios, deposit relationships, relationship reviews, servicing, and product cross-sell opportunities.
• Assess non-credit risk and service profitability for customer portfolios and individual solutions.
• Coordinate implementation of new clients and services with relationship management, client service, product leadership, and implementation teams.
• Represent treasury management solutions in client meetings, roundtables, conferences, webinars, and other market activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a treasury sales role.
• Four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expert knowledge of treasury management products, services, business cash flows, accounting processes, and financial optimization.
• Strong sales, negotiation, analytical, communication, organization, and time-management skills, including communication with senior executives.
• Knowledge of business and banking regulations, including UCC, Reg CC, Reg E, and related regulatory guidance.
• Ability to work in New York and travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and other functions approximately 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or postgraduate equivalent.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
