Commercial Banking Regional Manager

Location: In office at 18111 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine, California, US 92612

Salary: $195,995–$364,003 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead regional commercial banking growth, profitability, sound credit quality, and long-term business objectives.
• Set sales goals, manage performance metrics, and implement relationship development plans for clients and prospects.
• Develop new and existing client strategies, support key client visits, and help close commercial banking deals.
• Hire, develop, coach, and motivate team members while managing staffing levels and resources.
• Review credit structures and recommendations, monitor loan and credit processes, and ensure risk and compliance standards are met.
• Oversee client retention, cross-selling, service-center assignments, quality controls, and ethical delivery of financial solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Proven success growing commercial banking revenue and profit, expanding market share, and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit policies, risk management, strategic planning, team leadership, and interpersonal communication.
