Treasury Consultant (Payments)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support financial institution resellers in selling hirify.global products to their end clients.
• Assess clients’ B2B payment ecosystems, identify process friction, and recommend automation opportunities.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses with customers and reseller partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert and technical sales resource for assigned solutions.
• Lead solution design, answer technical product questions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide strategic pricing recommendations.
• Support prospects and reseller partners with technical responses to RFPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in treasury management or payments.
• At least 1 year of experience with ERP integrations and payments process optimization.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales engineering.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be based in the USA for the remote arrangement.

Nice to have

• Five years of experience in treasury management or payments technology consulting.
• Three years of experience in payments sales or sales engineering.
• CTP certification.
