Senior Staff Product Manager (EPM): Building enterprise planning, close, consolidation, and reconciliation technologies for Finance and EPM with an accent on Oracle EPM Cloud, strategic roadmaps, and digital process automation. Location: Mountain View, California, United States
Base pay: $205,500–$278,000 per year, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do
- Drive Enterprise Finance and Enterprise Performance Management product initiatives.
- Design and implement enterprise planning, prioritization, close, consolidation, and reconciliation technologies.
- Define product requirements, metrics, scope, roadmaps, and technology milestones with Product Management and Engineering.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve people, process, and technology effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
- Use customer insight, data, competitive analysis, and industry trends to guide product strategy and prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly ARCS and FCCS, in close, consolidation, or reconciliation contexts.
- Experience designing enterprise planning and prioritization technologies and supporting Finance Transformation and Strategy programs.
- Experience with Oracle EPM/ERP Cloud integrations, SaaS implementations, Agile methodologies, and complex project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and senior leadership presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Experience with Coupa, BlackLine, Aravo, or similar third-party systems.
- Experience building business and value cases for ERP and EPM Cloud upgrades.
