Senior Product Manager - US Public Sector

Location: United States. The role requires a U.S. Person and may include work that must be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil.

Salary: $133,100–$210,600 USD base salary annually. In select locations, including Seattle, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City Metro Area: $159,900–$252,900 USD annually.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the US public sector offering across FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, IL5, and future regulated environments.
• Support customers, especially those operating in FedRAMP environments.
• Translate compliance requirements and regulatory changes into product requirements and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Legal to prioritize work and maintain authorizations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, federal partners, and resellers on go-to-market strategy, messaging, competitive analysis, and enablement.
• Gather agency customer requirements and combine them with market and usage data to develop product insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• U.S. Person status is required, including U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residence, asylee status, or refugee status.
• Experience building or operating DoD Impact Level 4+ cloud service environments and/or working with FedRAMP, CJIS, or StateRAMP compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and developer-focused products.
• Experience building products for government agencies, system integrators, or federal resellers.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across functions, and use AI to accelerate work while owning final outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Stack use cases such as application search, logging, metrics, APM, business analytics, security analytics, or GIS.
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Google Distributed Cloud, and air-gapped deployments.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement and the Authority to Operate process.
• Experience with open source software or commercial open source companies.
