Manager, Corporate FP&A (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the SoHo headquarters. Candidates must be based in New York City or be willing to relocate.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base annually

What you will do

• Own the enterprise three-statement model across in-year and long-term plan forecasts.
• Manage planning cycles including monthly reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, forecasting, and long-term planning for corporate functions.
• Build integrated P&L and cash flow scenarios to support leadership decisions, capital allocation, and liquidity planning.
• Prepare Board, Monthly Business Review, and Quarterly Business Review materials with clear performance commentary.
• Lead financial analyses for cost optimization, strategic decisions, investor requests, lender requests, and diligence processes.
• Improve forecasting and reporting systems and develop scalable processes incorporating AI solutions.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including fluency in connecting the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience owning planning-cycle deliverables, reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis end to end.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical discipline, communication skills, and ability to present work to senior audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Treasury, Tax, and business-unit teams.
• Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate; regular office attendance is required Tuesday through Thursday.
