Manager, Corporate FP&A

Location: New York City, United States; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the SoHo headquarters. Candidates must be based in New York City or willing to relocate.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own the enterprise three-statement model for in-year and long-term planning forecasts.
• Manage planning cycles including monthly reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, forecasting, long-term planning, and ad hoc analysis.
• Build integrated P&L and cash flow scenarios to support leadership decisions, capital allocation, liquidity planning, and strategic trade-offs.
• Prepare Board, Monthly Business Review, and Quarterly Business Review materials with clear performance commentary.
• Lead financial analysis for cost optimization, liquidity planning, investor requests, lender requests, and strategic diligence.
• Improve forecasting and reporting systems and integrate AI solutions to create scalable, rigorous workflows.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong experience building and maintaining complex three-statement financial models connecting the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience owning planning deliverables end to end, with strong attention to model integrity, documentation, and version control.
• Ability to communicate detailed analysis clearly to senior leaders and present and defend assumptions.
• Collaborative approach across Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Treasury, Tax, and business-unit teams.
• Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate, with in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.
