Manager, Corporate FP&A

Location: New York City, United States; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the SoHo headquarters. Relocation to New York City is accepted.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary annually.

What you will do

• Own corporate FP&A planning cycles, including monthly reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, forecasting, long-term planning, and ad hoc analysis.
• Own and continuously improve the enterprise three-statement model covering the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Support enterprise long-term planning and shape-of-P&L modeling for portfolio and business decisions.
• Prepare Board, Monthly Business Review, and Quarterly Business Review materials with clear performance commentary.
• Lead financial analyses covering cost optimization, liquidity planning, capital allocation, and strategic trade-offs.
• Support investor, lender, and strategic diligence requests and external financial Q&A.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong experience building and maintaining complex three-statement financial models.
• Experience with planning cycles, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and long-term planning.
• Ability to communicate detailed analysis clearly to senior leaders and defend modeling assumptions.
• Collaborative approach across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Strategy, and business-unit teams.
• Based in New York City or willing to relocate; able to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday.

• Experience supporting investor, lender, or strategic financial diligence.
• Experience automating and streamlining FP&A workflows with AI tools.
