Enterprise Change Manager

Location: Chicago; the position is described as location flexible.

Salary: $102,800–$176,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead change management activities for enterprise and priority organizational, technology, process, operating model, and transformation initiatives.
• Assess change scope, complexity, stakeholder impact, readiness, risks, dependencies, and competing change demands.
• Develop and execute change strategies, communications plans, learning and enablement plans, sponsor activities, resistance management approaches, and adoption plans.
• Partner with sponsors, project and product teams, business leaders, change practitioners, and impacted stakeholders through workshops, assessments, and readiness discussions.
• Analyze initiative and portfolio data to identify stakeholder overlap, change saturation, sequencing concerns, dependencies, adoption risks, and enterprise-wide impacts.
• Support change capability building through coaching, reusable tools, communities of practice, continuous improvement, and the use of AI, technology, data, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; business, organizational development, human resources, communications, technology, psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least five years of experience supporting or leading change management for organizational, technology, process, operating model, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience independently developing and executing change management plans for moderately to highly complex initiatives.
• Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, learning and enablement, readiness, resistance management, adoption, and sustainment.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, relationship management, problem-solving, influencing, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Experience using dashboards, adoption and readiness metrics, change analytics, stakeholder sentiment analysis, KPIs, and other data to inform recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, public accounting, consulting, or another complex matrixed organization.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.
