Engagement and Communications Manager (Change Management)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid in-office/remote schedule with regular presence in the Philadelphia office

What you will do

• Build short- and long-term roadmaps for project and product lifecycles within the Knowledge Management department.
• Define and drive engagement and adoption strategies for major initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, change impact assessment, communications, and enablement.
• Develop stakeholder segmentation, sponsor alignment, targeted engagement plans, and communication sequencing.
• Design role-based training and enablement pathways aligned with desired behaviors, business processes, and user journeys.
• Establish adoption success criteria and KPIs, monitor post-launch performance, diagnose gaps, and lead remediation actions.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop staff while managing departmental budgets and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 7 years of communications and engagement experience in a professional services organization, including at least 3 years in sustainability, change management, or service efforts.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives through implementation and work independently with strategic and client-focused judgment.
• Strong knowledge of project concepts, including RACI, Agile, and Scrum, along with strategic project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sustainability industry benchmarking and third-party relationship management.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
