TL;DR
TEG Clinical Specialist (Dallas/Fort Worth) (Medical Devices): Driving adoption and clinical utilization of TEG analyzers, software, assays, and related disposables across hospital accounts with an accent on customer education, case support, and territory growth. Focus on training clinicians, supporting go-lives across laboratory, critical care, and operating room settings, and resolving complex technical and clinical implementation needs.

Location: Remote within the United States, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth territory; regular domestic travel of approximately 25% and onsite support at hospital accounts are required.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus applicable incentives and benefits.

What you will do

  • Manage existing TEG customer accounts and expand product utilization, applications, assays, software, and add-on devices.
  • Train clinicians and other users to operate TEG equipment and software safely and effectively and interpret TEG results.
  • Provide clinical education, case support, grand rounds presentations, market development events, and go-live support across laboratories, critical care, operating rooms, and other clinical areas.
  • Visit hospital accounts, develop clinical champions and multilevel relationships, and partner with Account Managers on account expansion and revenue planning.
  • Resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns while collaborating with implementation, sales, marketing, quality, and R&D teams.
  • Support installations, validation, verification, competency training, SOP and IQCP development, logistics, tradeshows, and CRM documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, as an RN, or a related clinical field.
  • 3+ years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices or in a critical care environment.
  • Required knowledge of hemostasis management and strong technical and clinical aptitude.
  • Ability to train customers on TEG analyzers, software, product applications, and interpretation of results.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, organization, project management, and product-adoption skills.
  • Ability to support regular domestic travel, hospital visits, onsite training, and exposure to blood.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in arts, science, or business administration.
  • Experience with critical care, VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular care, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, or vascular care.
