Sr Clinical Operations Specialist

Location: Remote; must reside in the Kansas City Metro region. U.S. territories and the following states are excluded: Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Maine. A dedicated home office with approved high-speed wired internet is required.

Salary: $57,733–$73,036 USD target hiring range; maximum current salary of $81,383 USD.

What you will do

• Perform complex administrative workflow tasks supporting the Clinical Operations team.
• Assist members with providers, community agencies, clinical operations professionals, and hirify.global services.
• Identify and refer cases to appropriate internal and external clinical programs.
• Educate members and providers about hirify.global benefits and programs.
• Identify trends and recommend workflow improvements to support department goals.
• Support department training, performance upskilling, testing, and review of new technologies.

Requirements

• Two years or 60 credit hours of college, or four years of healthcare experience; additional qualifying work experience may substitute for formal education.
• At least one year of clinical operations experience; an LPN license may be considered in place of experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with technology applications and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside in the Kansas City Metro region and maintain a compliant home office with non-cellular high-speed internet.
