US Field Medical Excellence Capabilities Lead (AI)

Salary: $154,358.30–$208,837.70 annually

What you will do

• Partner with US Field Medical leadership to translate strategic priorities and business needs into scalable capabilities, processes, tools, and solutions.
• Improve Field Medical engagement workflows, including stakeholder profiling, engagement planning, scientific exchange, documentation, follow-up, and insight generation.
• Lead implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Field Medical technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop performance and impact measures with Medical Data & Analytics and Field Medical leadership.
• Facilitate cross-therapeutic forums, pilots, working sessions, and communities of practice.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects involving priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, budgets, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree plus 4 years; bachelor’s degree plus 6 years; associate’s degree plus 10 years; or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in Scientific or Medical Affairs within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of Field Medical strategy, external scientific engagement, field workflows, and the operating environment of MSLs and Field Directors.
• Ability to translate strategy and business needs into practical processes, capabilities, technology solutions, and ways of working.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, executive-influencing, and complex initiative management skills.
