Clinical Specialist II (MedTech)

Location: Remote - New York City, New York, United States; the role requires 50% or more overnight travel and frequent customer visits, implementations, and evaluations.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 annually, plus benefits and variable compensation of up to $20,000.

What you will do

• Support Masimo products and maintain relationships with clinicians, healthcare partners, and hospital stakeholders.
• Consult on workflow solutions that improve patient management, care quality, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with account managers to develop customer strategies and achieve territory sales objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand Masimo solutions across large hospitals and health systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support.
• Lead or support on-site implementations, evaluations, and special projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work with customers outside a traditional office environment.
• Current state and/or professional licenses as required; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, and extended periods on site.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse credentials are preferred.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience.
• Leadership experience and a record of building trusted client relationships.
