Manager, Network Design and Implementation (Data Centers)

Location: Remote within the United States; Denver, CO listed as the position location. Travel: up to 50%.

Salary: $133,000–$154,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate telecommunications and trade systems across complex data center campuses.
• Lead coordination meetings and manage general contractor, subcontractor, vendor, and engineering relationships.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optics, cabling, and network infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections, review documentation, and maintain design, safety, and quality standards.
• Track deliverables, materials, lead times, risks, and contingency plans across overlapping projects.
• Coordinate project closeout and handover with complete testing and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in network design and implementation.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects through all delivery phases.
• Strong technical understanding of network, security, A/V, DAS/ERRCS, BMS/EPMS, and data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with enterprise-level specifications, multiple concurrent projects, and MS Word and PowerPoint.
