Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Lead Risk Manager, ANS (Data Center)

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, assess, document, and maintain project risks, issues, and opportunities in risk registers.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project teams, contractors, and subject-matter experts.
• Perform qualitative assessments and support quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.
• Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates, escalating high-impact risks and recommending controls.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for project controls and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, and construction teams to embed risk management into decision-making.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain Owner Furnished Equipment supply-chain risk programs, including risk taxonomies, workshops, registers, controls, and review schedules.
• Establish General Contractor risk programs for data center Operations & Maintenance and construction projects.
• Assess general contractor criticality using contracts, bid documents, project plans, and stakeholder interviews.
• Document cost and schedule risks and mitigation actions in e-Builder.
• Support schedule risk reviews and mitigation activities for Machine Learning ramp and data center builds.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular risk updates to leadership.

Nice to have

• Membership or certification from PMI, AACE, RICS, or an equivalent risk or project management association.
• Knowledge of Safran, @RISK, PRA, Deltek, or Omega applications.
