Healthcare Superintendent

Location: Wyoming, United States. The role requires travel to project sites and availability for long-term out-of-town assignments.

Estimated pay: $87,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage on-site construction activities, field operations, productivity, schedules, budgets, cost codes, and production reporting.
• Coordinate trade contractors, suppliers, owners, design teams, inspections, procurement, and project documentation.
• Develop site-specific safety and quality control plans, lead safety meetings, identify hazards, and maintain OSHA and company compliance.
• Review plans and specifications, support constructability reviews, prepare project schedules, and contribute to quantity take-offs and pricing estimates.
• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges, document changes and corrections, manage punchlist and close-out procedures, and pursue a zero-punchlist result.
• Support future project procurement through presentations, proposals, client relationships, and industry participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of directly related experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 10+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience with construction management and project software, including Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of building plans and specifications, value engineering, life cycle costing, construction safety, and compliance.
• Current or ability to become current with OSHA 30 and company safety requirements.
• Ability to travel to project sites, accept long-term out-of-town assignments, work in extreme climate conditions, and perform physically demanding activities, including occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, integrity, and ethical skills.
