Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent (Advanced Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead all on-site construction activities for cleanroom, laboratory, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing projects.
• Develop project schedules, site logistics plans, sequencing strategies, and short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, equipment, manpower, inspections, and project milestones.
• Oversee complex MEP systems, process utilities, controls, life-safety systems, specialty equipment, and system integration.
• Manage clean-build protocols, contamination-control procedures, shutdowns, utility tie-ins, and phased work in active technical environments.
• Lead equipment installation, startup, testing, commissioning, validation, punch-list, closeout, and owner-acceptance activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant field leadership with a general contractor.
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Demonstrated experience delivering cleanrooms, laboratories, semiconductor facilities, or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of technically complex MEP systems, process piping, controls, specialty equipment, commissioning, and facility turnover.
• Ability to lead large project teams, coordinate multiple subcontractors, interpret technical construction documents, and resolve complex field issues.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, and construction-management systems; a high school diploma is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30 certification and current First Aid/CPR certification.
