Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (GSE)

Location: Cologne and Frankfurt, Germany; onsite workshop-based role

What you will do

• Ensure health, safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operation across the Cologne and Frankfurt workshops.
• Plan and complete maintenance for hirify.global ground support equipment (GSE) assets.
• Manage spare-parts inventory to support timely repairs and high equipment availability.
• Plan shifts, manage vendors, control costs, and monitor maintenance operations.
• Lead, support, train, and develop a team of technicians.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising teams, motivating staff, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
• Good technical knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, basic electricity, and GSE maintenance.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and experience resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Process-oriented planning, organizational, analytical, reporting, and data-management skills.
• Experience with training needs analysis, project and change management, research, and local implementation.
